This is a hands-on, interactive day where you will not just learn about hypnosis… you will experience it.
During the day, you will:
• Discover how hypnotherapy works and how it has developed
• Take part in fun and insightful suggestibility exercises
• Learn a simple self-hypnosis process you can use straight away
• Experience guided visualisations to support relaxation and positive change
This workshop also counts as Day 1 of our full Hypnotherapy Training.
